Pilots from Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-22 , the Fighting Redcocks, returned to Naval Air Station, Lemoore on Tuesday, Oct. 20 after a five-month deployment aboard the USS Ronald Reagan. The fly-in is one of my favorite assignment to shoot. So much is happening so fast. It really keeps you on your toes.
At an afternoon rally Laton Unified School District Superintendent Ralph Vandro and former Laton High principal John Martin received “special haircuts” from students. The two sacrificed their hair for students who improved their API scores. The district as a whole improved by 32 points up from last year.
